The Dragon Dimension by Ressa Empbra
My rating: 5 of 5 Hearts
Working for a covert government agency, Iax travels the world… and beyond. She also journeys out of this world to other Realms in various Dimensions, of which only a privileged few have knowledge. Her job: Putting a halt to imminent battles and wars… before it’s too late. Finding herself dropped into a heated battle in the Dragon Cove Realm of the Dragon Dimension, Iax assumes the usual; get in, get the job done, get out. Easy-peasy. This mission is like no other, however, as it will change her life in ways she never could have imagined.
Get Caught in the Dragon Cove, where secrets and tempting passions lurking just out of sight, are all revealed…
ARC for Review. Thanks Ressa for the amazing journey with Iax, and the charismatic cast of characters..
OK First off I want to show appreciation for Dave J. Ford for such a breathtaking cover.. I Love It.
This book starts out with a heart gripping scene, one that drew me in to the story wondering just where the author was going with it… Of course I had to keep reading to satisfy my curiosity. Boy what a journey I was taken on. From familiar Earth to the Dragon Dimension, with twists and turns that left me laughing, angry, frustrated, rooting, and saddened as the scenes sprang to life.
Playful banter between the characters and just how things were phrased made them realistic and almost tangible. OMG Gordell and Mazar talk about HAWT DAYUM, I still can’t decide which one I like more, they are both amazingly sexy. Iax is the kick ass female lead with a sassy, sarcastic, outspoken, and hilarious sense of humor. She is constantly active making this an entertaining and fast paced read. Gotta mention Gemma Iax’s friend.. Love her, she is fun to visualize.
I recommend this book to any paranormal reader out there 18 and over as the nature of this book includes strong language and light sexual content.
